Hanni Ishkan is the Founder & CEO of EDMI. Hanni has extensive experience in strategic business development and management holding senior positions for global organisations and small hi-tech entrepreneurial ventures across the Asia Pacific.
Hanni has worked for Singtel Optus, Australia’s second largest Telecommunications Company for over 13 years, in senior roles across Business’ Development and Practice management. Hanni has also held Executive positions for a range of small to medium-sized technology and media companies across the Asia Pacific.
He was appointed Chairman and Director of Prime Genetics Pty Ltd a Public non-listed company in Australia in 2011 and before that worked in Shanghai PRC for over 4 years where he held the role of COO for Adventure Learning Channel, a TV education and travel production company.
Hanni has co-founded start-ups across APAC since 2004 and has extensive commercialisation experience across the early stage and start-ups companies products and services.
Known for his personable and highly collaborative approach, Hanni has a track record of helping business streamline operations, improve sales and enhance their marketing ROI.

Todd is an experienced System Engineer and Enterprise Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Highly skilled in Microsoft SQL, Cloud (Azure/VMware), Windows Server, Integration, ITIL, and Infrastructure, Todd is a expert information technology professional with a Certified Information Systems Security Degree focused in Computer Science - Security from CISSP.
Todd has worked as a systems engineer and technician for such esteemed companies as Macquarie Bank, Dimension Data, Mars and Strata Real Estate Services.
Todd’s focus now lies in big data, data science and machine learning. Todd is schooled in statistics, mathematical model development and the various techniques and algorithms used in data science. Todd is known for his intelligence and uncanny ability to leverage data for marketing and business purposes. He has a strong track record of improving clients ROI through highly targeted marketing campaigns.
adam bray - director sea
Adam has over 35 years’ experience across a variety of media sales, management and board positions.
In 1993, he founded Online Sports Marketing (OSM), a media content developer, sales, marketing, television, events production company. Adam and OSM pioneered the distribution of content across a multi-media platforms to deliver “turn-key”360-degree media & marketing solutions to clients. OSM achieved $18 million turnover by year six with a staff of 45 and a client list consisting of many of the world’s leading brands.
In 1998, Adam created Planet X to promote and market the fledgling Xtreme sports market segment. This included creating Australia’s first Xtreme Games with brand partner Sony PlayStation as title sponsor, the Planet X Summer and Winter Games grew exponentially to become the market leaders in action sports entertainment nationally.
In 2001 Adam capitalised on the brand's appeal by developing a Planet X consumer product range, a sector which continued to provide growth for the Planet X brand through a strategic distribution and marketing model.
Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, back-himself attitude and ability to produce results, Adam has a track record of turning clients and their businesses around from the brink of collapse.
